SISTERHOOD. COURAGE. ASPIRATION.

Expanding ambition, access, and leadership
for first-generation young women

Peer mentoring, structured pathways, and sisterhood that opens real opportunities across education and early careers.

Currently operating across government school communities in Delhi.

Talent is everywhere. Access is not.

Many first-generation young women in urban government school communities carry ambition and capability, but face barriers in exposure, social capital, and professional networks—especially at key transitions from school to higher education and early careers. A huge percentage lack aspiration due to limited horizon of possibilities and role models that they see in their immediate communities, thus leading to various gaps not just impacting their confidence but also losing on opportunities towards agency and financial independence
